All About Andrus
Steven was recently the Facility Engineer for Akaku: Maui Community Television, the cable public access television station for the Islands of Maui, Moloka’i, Kauai, and Kaho’olawe, airing community based content on Oceanic Time Warner channels 52, 53, and 54.
Steven has been involved in computer-based video, graphics and animation endeavors since the mid 80’s. Steven pioneered in the desktop video production revolution of the late 80’s and 90’s with his design work for RGB Computer & Video’s “on-line edit suite in a box”, Amilink. The company went “public” in 1994 leading the tech surge on Wall Street. He has fumbled about since with several attempts to run his own computer graphics business, and worked as Operations Manager for the Florida Systems Integrator for Discreet editing and animation products.
Since 2002, Steven worked for Akaku: Maui Community Television and is quite pleased to re-enter the ranks of the self-employed as of August, 2007.
Steven has just built a little blue barn in Bethpage, TN, and is pretty pleased with himself. He now intends to plant tomatoes, or watermelons. Or both.
